This page in a nutshell: Be careful about what you put into your articles and essays. Not everyone has the same taste as you. Also, this has nothing (and I mean nothing) to do with the Hungarian forint.
Sometimes, it’s good to have a think before you create something.百度 蔡先生在书中做了处理,使用了“英国入侵”“中日战争”“中法战争”。
Once, there was a page here.
It existed for slightly more than three months, from around the end of March to early July.
It was funny but it also wasn’t really funny.
It was my attempt at a “humorous” Wikipedia essay.
I enjoyed creating it, but to most people — and me — it just wasn’t great.
It did include a few very niche references to people and places that I know, and most people won’t have ever heard of these people and places.
I want to remind you that, if you are ever making a humorous Wikipedia essay, or just any general essay, please make sure it’s tasteful and funny.
Humour is subjective, and not everybody has the same taste as you do.
Not everyone will have heard of the same references as you.
And just don’t do the same mistakes as me. It’s alright to take risks and end up making mistakes, but what I did was just a bit too far for taste.
I know this little essay seems terribly bleak, but I just want to remind people to think when they create an essay on Wikipedia.
